- c) use packaging, labels, or other materials bearing the Company’s trademarks for products from third-party manufacturers or suppliers,
(d) to alter or modify the Company’s trademarks, logos, photographs, or any other element of the Company’s corporate identity,
- e) to engage in acts that constitute unfair competition, deceptive commercial practices, or exploitation of the Company’s reputation and brand recognition,
